Job Description:

Must be based in: NY, NJ, MA, PA, VT, NH, RI, CT, MD, DE, VA , OH, MI, IN, IL, WI, IA, MN, MO , SD, KS

Base Salary:$60,000 - $70,000, Total Compensation: $100,000 - $110,000

Responsibilities

  • Engage with corporate clients to understand their unique needs and challenges.


  • Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and C-suite executives.


  • Ensure clients are engaged with and see ongoing value in our offerings.


  • Customize licensing packages based on client size, industry, and specific news needs.


  • C ross-functional skills to work with internal teams to address unique requirements.


  • Identify and qualify prospects through research, networking, and referrals.


  • Close self-sourced leads.


  • Manage both an existing book of business and also achieve new business targets.


  • Maintain a robust pipeline and track progress using CRM tools.


  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and collateral.


  • Provide valuable feedback to enhance program features.


Experience

  • Proven success in B2B sales or subscription-based services


  • Experience developing and executing a territory sales plan aligned with company goals


  • Documented r ecord of achieving and exceeding revenue goals


  • Capacity to tailor messaging to different audiences


  • Demonstrated ability to function and communicate effectively at senior client levels


  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills -- must have strong virtual & in-person presentation skills


  • Excellent time management skills


  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce


  • Experience with working on local or federal government contracts is a plus


  • Ability to travel by car and air regularly

The annualized base salary for this role will range between $60,000 and $70,000. Base compensation is reflective of many factors, including, but not limited to, the market in which one lives/works, individual education level, skills, certifications, and experience. Note: variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable.
