We are seeking a Financial Analyst to support a fast-paced team. This is a temporary role with the potential to transition to a permanent position. The position requires a candidate with strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with reconciliations and financial processes. While experience with incentive compensation plans (ICP) is preferred, it's not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with commission calculations for upcoming ICP setups.
Support data collection and testing for compliance.
Track and update compensation processes.
Manage buy/sell and churn correction processes.
Collaborate with the sales compensation team to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
Background in finance, accounting, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
Salesforce experience is a bonus, but training will be provided.
