Director of Finance



Reporting directly to the Vice President of Finance, this role is a crucial member of our client's finance and investment teams. This role involves collaborating with executives and external consultants to develop and implement tax and accounting strategies for our multinational operations. The position will oversee day-to-day compliance operations and be directly responsible for all tax and accounting activities.



The Job:

• Prepare and distribute monthly financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual deadlines.


• Manage staff and coordinate with external accounting and tax vendors to ensure compliance across all entities, products, and countries.


• Develop, monitor, and enforce accounting policies and company controls.


• Oversee accounting processes including payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.


• Prepare managerial reports, including operational KPIs.


• Assist Finance and Business teams with budget preparation, forecasts, and business plans.


• Manage and monitor all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems, ensuring adherence to GAAP standards.


• Lead the implementation of financial ERP systems.


• Oversee the cross-border consolidation of financial data for group entities.


• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis as needed.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.


• 7+ years of relevant experience.


• Experience with lease accounting and FX accounting is a plus.


• Highly analytical and organized, with exceptional attention to detail.


• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems.
