Title: Bilingual Finance & Operations Officer



Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA



Description:
We are seeking a Bilingual Finance & Operations Officer to support financial and operational management for an international division. This position requires fluency in Portuguese or Spanish and involve a hybrid work schedule. You will assist with managing financial processes, reviewing project expenditures, and supporting procurement and contract management.



Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with financial reports, invoices, and cash flow management.


• Review and validate project expenditures, ensuring compliance with policies and donor requirements.


• Maintain and organize financial documentation, both electronically and physically.


• Support budget preparation and track project/country budgets.


• Manage vendor contracts, payments, and procurement processes.


• Collaborate with team members to resolve financial or operational issues.


• Assist with audit requests and support other tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Portuguese or Spanish.


• Knowledge of budget preparation and cost proposals.


• Familiarity with procurement and contract management.
