Job Description:

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and resourceful Supply Chain/Procurement Analyst to join our team. This position plays a critical role in managing procurement processes, optimizing supply chain operations, and ensuring seamless inventory management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in procurement or supply chain functions.


Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the procurement lifecycle, including vendor sourcing, purchase order approvals, and contract negotiations.


• Evaluate supplier performance to ensure quality standards and cost-effectiveness are met.


• Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment to meet operational needs while minimizing costs.


• Address and resolve inventory discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and suppliers.


• Analyze large datasets to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes.


• Develop and maintain reports on procurement performance, spend analysis, and supplier compliance.


• Partner with internal teams to forecast demand and align procurement strategies with business goals.


• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards.


• Identify and implement improvements to procurement and supply chain workflows.


• Manage back orders, equipment repairs, and other supply chain functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing.


• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with procurement software is a plus.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Envi.


• Knowledge of procurement best practices and supply chain optimization strategies.
