Job Description:

Our client, a growing financial services firm, seeks a dynamic HR Consultant to join their team in their Greenwich office. The ideal candidate possesses strong benefits experience within a financial services environment, as well as experience assisting with talent acquisition. Additionally, strong HRIS experience, payroll expertise, and the ability to work on other ad hoc HR projects are other key facets of this role. A highly organzied self starter with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines are characteristics that will allow someone to excel in this position. • Bachelors' degree, required.


• Financial services industry experience, required.


• 4+ years of HR experience ideally with a focus on benefits.


• Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel, required.

The hourly rate for this position is $45-$55/hr.


Compensation commensurate with experience.
