Job Title:Licensing Associate, Health SciencesDepartment:ERIK | Technology Commercialization

Licensing Associate, Health Sciences is responsible for supporting the licensing officers or senior licensing officers as well as the venture development team within the ERIK Innovation and Commercialization's Health Sciences Innovation (HSI) team under the direction of the AVP, Health Sciences. Works closely with both their manager, venture team and the licensing officers in HSI in identifying technologies for commercial applications, evaluating the commercial potential of technologies, identifying potential licensees, preparing non-confidential technical information for marketing purposes, developing and implementing specific marketing strategies for each technology. The Licensing Associate receives significant coaching and oversight from senior members of the HSI team to help them advance their knowledge and experiences.

Required Education


Bachelor's degree in STEM field or equivalent combination of education and experience.





Required Experience


Minimum of 2 years relevant working experience. Desired Qualifications


PHD preferred with 3-4 years of relevant working experience.



The target salary range for this position is $55,100 - $72,400. The actual offer within this range will depend on the candidates experience, education, peer equity, and budget.
