Slalom's Client Partners [open to Senior Principal or Director level candidates] play a key role in growing our business through nurturing relationships, representing our diverse array of consulting services, and managing strategic business outcomes for our clients. This role will be situated within our Houston location and tied into our broader TOLA region, with a specific focus on growing our Technology portfolio of clients.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain Slalom's footprint within assigned accounts, with a primary focus on growth within enterprise Technology clients
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional and regional team members to drive account strategy within key enterprise technology clients
Partner with your client(s) to influence strategic direction and identify ways Slalom can help them achieve business objectives
Identify opportunities for growth/maturation of Slalom Offerings, and set the direction for that growth
Provide oversight and governance of all sold/managed engagements
Drive business development with the proper information (creation of Statements of Work), tools and subject matter expertise to sell engagements
Maintain awareness of industry best practices and business levers for a particular client list
Drive and own revenue targets within assigned account(s)
What you'll Bring
Proven consulting or professional services leadership experience, with a bias toward growing greenfield accounts
Several years of account + delivery management experience in a consulting or professional services environment / context
Advanced project delivery assurance & hands-on delivery background, including all aspects of program/project management
Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to collaborate with numerous internal & external stakeholders to drive account growth & establish successful account strategies
