An Agile Practitioner is an adaptable self-starter who is capable of providing the guidance, expertise and training necessary to support a client in driving delivery and building the required culture to support lasting agility with an individual, team and/or organization.
We are seeking a talented Consultant or Senior Consultant to join us!
What You'll Do
Coach and motivate organizations on a transformation journey, resulting in positive, lean-agile cultures that celebrate innovation, while enabling responses to change.
Design and develop teams, processes, technology, and interactions to build in quality from ideation through delivery. Including monitoring and communicating key Agile performance metrics (i.e., velocity, burndown and traditional project management status as required)
Advise and propose ways of working that improve the delivery of value by seeking to understand how to best apply agile values and principles effectively through a variety of agile frameworks
Focus and execute efforts that build efficiencies in processes, interactions, governance, tools, and documentation
Ensure adherence to Agile frameworks through facilitation of efforts that build efficiencies in processes, interactions, governance, tools, and documentation. Gather and maintain product requirements and functional requirements for product enhancements and new product launches
What You'll Bring
Passion for continuously improving the delivery of value to customers through an understanding and maturation of the intersection of individuals, teams, and technology
Agile Mindset that demonstrates a knowledge of Agile techniques, practices, and frameworks
Experience mentoring and training teams in all aspects of the Agile/Scrum processes
3+ years' Experience performing as an Agile team member; specifically, as either a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Engineering/Developer. Experience with large scale delivery as a Release Train Engineer or Program Manager is a plus.
One or more Agile certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO, CSP, PSM, PSPO). SAFe certification (e.g., SA, SP, and/or SPC) is a plus
