Position Purpose:The Lead Pharmacy Technician provides support for pharmacy operations in accordance with The Georgia State Board of Pharmacy, The Joint Commission, DEA, USP 797, and any other regulatory and accrediting agencies. The position will also act in accordance with protocols, health-system policies and procedures, applicable standards, and pharmacy best practices. Additionally, the Lead Technician will be essential to customer service for other healthcare disciplines and our patients



Requirements: 2 years or more of experience in pharmacy as a technician. Exceptional organizational skills, strong interpersonal/communication skills and customer service focus; attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize, math and computer proficiency. Certification(s) CPhT (Certified Pharmacy Technician) acquired from PTCB or NHA Licensure(s) GA Pharmacy Technician Registration Work Environment Office environment/no specific unusual physical or environmental demands.
