Job Description:

Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories, a nationally recognized laboratory, is searching for a Facilities (Multi-trade) Specialist to support our Physical Services group in Lancaster, PA.

Facilities Specialist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following :

• Maintain the buildings and campus so they visually appear and function in a quality manner

• Complete all work in a timely manner according to the clients' requirements

The ideal candidate would possess :

• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude

• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent

• At least two years total related experience in electrical, mechanical and Carpentry fields

• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

The position is full-time, Monday - Friday, 2:00 -10:00 pm, with overtime/weekends/weather response as needed. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Lancaster, Pennsylvania are encouraged to apply.
