Our client is a Tier 1 automotive supplier, specializing in providing exterior components to major OEMs.
They are seeking a Payroll Administrator for their plant in Upstate, SC.
The ideal candidate will have payroll/HR experience as well as exceptional attention to detail and proficiency with ADP, particularly the Workforce version.
Tasks:
- Process payroll from start to pre-submission approval, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for plant operations.
- Manage employee time and attendance records, making adjustments and resolving discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with corporate teams to finalize payroll submissions.
- Support HR functions by handling administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records and assisting with onboarding/offboarding.
- Provide generalist HR support during non-payroll-related days, such as coordinating benefits, assisting with employee inquiries, or supporting compliance documentation.

- Proficiency in ADP software, with experience in Workforce version strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience processing payroll from start to finish.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to balance payroll and HR duties effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, particularly in payroll and compliance-related matters.
- Previous experience in HR administrative roles, preferably within manufacturing or automotive industries.
