Job Description:

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support of project paperwork and tracking for the North Central office location through coordination with Operations, Sales, Service, Procurement and Finance departments. Effectively manage time tasks to meet assignment objectives while adapting to change priorities.

Accountabilities:

• Monitor new projects from Sales Team. Input data into tracking worksheet, export estimates from software into MS Excel format.
• Establish communication with customers to request baseline schedules, permit requirements and CAD files.
• Organize material/scope documents, drawings, specifications and .dwg CAD files. Provide documents to the CAD and Engineering department for design and review. Track progress.
• Product data submittals creation using .pdf software.
• Sent out submittal documents to the customer. (Product Data/Shop Drawings) Track and Monitor.
• Schedule Job Scrubs with Sales, Operations and Engineering.
• Create and submit permit documents to the appropriate municipalities.
• Work with accounting and project management team for monthly POC billing.
• Document weekly meeting status in MS Project outline.
• Coordinate with CAS for needs assessment and training.
• Assist with material procurement and tracking based on construction schedules.
• Organize As-Build field drawings to the CAD department for final completion.
• Organize close-out documents and push out to the customer. (Warranty/Certification Letters/As-Builts)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to adapt and learn company product codes and terminology

Additional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• BS in Technicial or Construction
• Project management software, Microsoft project format
