What You’ll Do:

As a Maintenance Specialist II, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and efficient. You’ll:

• Perform routine inspections of buildings and equipment.


• Troubleshoot and repair systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.


• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize breakdowns.


• Manage inventory of tools and supplies.


• Work with contractors for specialized repairs.


• Document maintenance activities and follow safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED (Associate’s degree or certifications like CMRP or HVAC preferred).


• 5+ years of experience in maintenance roles, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or welding.


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.


• Knowledge of tools, equipment schematics, and safe working practices.


• Flexibility to work in a 24/7/365 environment.
