AT&T has an opening for a Senior Specialist FirstNet Sub Paid Consultant.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Execution: Implement targeted sales strategies to drive FirstNet subscriber adoption across First Responder Agencies, retail channels, and business segments, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and sustain strong relationships with emergency responder agencies and key clients to ensure long-term customer engagement and satisfaction.
Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with retail teams to effectively promote FirstNet solutions and provide comprehensive training to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Market Analysis and Adaptation: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics and maintain a competitive advantage.
Event Participation and Networking: Participate in relevant events and trade shows to showcase FirstNet solutions and expand professional networks within the industry.
A mid-level sales representative with solid grasp of sales principles, practices, products, and services.
Manages small to mid-sized sales and occasionally handles large complex sales.
This person will work with moderate on-going supervision.
Responsible for a moderate quota or territory.
Utilizes company policies and exercises judgment to resolve customer issues or identify opportunities.
This opportunity may lead presentations and mentor less experienced peers
Job Requirements:
2-3 years of Retail leadership experience
FirstNet Experience and/or proof of sub paid performance (we can ask for this in the interview)
1-3 years of sales experience, strongly prefer experience in either retail or First Net and Public Sector
Able to work multiple issues simultaneously while maintaining professional composure.
Effectively conveys ideas, facts, and directions in either written or verbal form.
Our Senior Specialist FirstNet Sub Paid Consultant's earn a base salary between $91,000 - $136,600 + commission with a total target compensation of $116,000 - $161,600. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
