This position will be responsible for the planning, scheduling, and coordinating facility preventative and planned maintenance tasks in the organization's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software. The employee will be responsible for supporting field operations to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
In this role, you should understand the roles and responsibilities of the Operations Technology (OT) department to provide the necessary support efficiently.Minimum Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree (Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field) preferred.
3+ years of CMMS/Maximo maintenance experience can be substituted for the degree.
Experience/Specific Knowledge:
High proficiency level in Microsoft Office Suite applications that may include but are not limited to Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server and interacting with SQL databases, including creating or interpreting database queries.
Direct work experience developing, implementing, planning, and scheduling preventative and planned maintenance workflows.
Good record of safe work practices.
Knowledge of company policies and practices, and regulatory and tariff requirements.
Ability to complete work assignments with minimal supervision in an acceptable time frame.
Demonstrated experience in working independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills to support multiple teams/users.
Certifications, Licenses & Registrations:
May be required to achieve and maintain certifications, as required, to perform job duties.
Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and a driving record satisfactory to the company and its insurers (for travel).

Compensation
The salary for this role is $99,000.00-$120,000.00/yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinates with Operations Technology (OT) and Operations departments to create, manage, and execute preventative and planned maintenance work and activities.
Create and manage Work Orders (WO), Job Plans, Critical Spares lists, and the Master Equipment List (MEL).
Builds SQL queries to extract data sets for analysis.
Analyze work orders to identify trending equipment failures, deficiencies, etc.
Perform account administration tasks specific to maintenance and reliability-related technology.
Field technical support tickets from end users to resolve application and software issues.
Identify opportunities for improvement of related technologies and document them.
Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams, end users, and the Maximo Manager.
Record, track, and document the problem-solving process, including all successful and unsuccessful decisions and actions taken, to final resolution in the OT service desk system.
Periodically travel to operating sites to become knowledgeable in the performance of maintenance activities through participation in IMs, PMs, etc.
Collaborate with others in the department to identify the best paths forward when resolving issues.
Assist in the development and maintenance of user manuals and guidelines.
Develops training materials and assists the Training department with remote field operations training.
Maintain Preventative Maintenance (PM) Schedule
Schedule PMs with Supervisors
Work with the warehouse to pull PM parts.
Coordinate PMs with other maintenance to ensure minimal downtime.
Maintain Equipment Files
Mechanical Integrity - add/update when needed.
Maintain Shutdown Checks
Work with Supervisors in MIP meetings
Planner Scheduler works closely with Maintenance Supervisor and Field Supervisors.
Reviews work orders for each significant piece of information.
Assign work orders needing planning and material to the planning backlog
Assure the work order has approval and authority
Prepare a weekly schedule to facilitate weekly scheduling meeting
Prepare a daily schedule for the maintenance supervisor.
Receive and process daily schedule and late work reports from the previous day.
Enter work orders into Maximo to accept charges and close when complete.
Facilitate maintenance activity with production.
Maintain the integrity of the PM program, i.e., checklists, trigger, frequency, compliance, and schedules using Maximo.
Establish and maintain equipment parts catalog, history, storeroom, and minimum/max levels.
Compile weekly compliance reports.
Coordinate with central shops/project schedules
Approve stores and purchase requisitions for planned jobs
Review actual vs. plan on completed work orders.
Coordinate special programs. (i.e., ladder inspections, equipment surveys, etc.)
Identify recurring maintenance problems.
Maintain maintenance-focused Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the department.
