  • Utilize prescriptive authority responsibly in treating complex symptoms including stewardship of opiates and controlled substances.
  • Delivery palliative care services using diverse methodologies including in-person, video, and telephonic consultation.
  • Demonstrate extra-clinical interest and engagement in initiatives to foster education, clinical ethics, team building, quality improvement, and clinical innovation.
  • Work-alongside the Medical Director to establish, root, and grow a nation-leading palliative care service line.

  • Value teamwork
  • Are transparent and honest
  • Go “above and beyond” for their patients

We Provide You:

  • Nationally competitive annual salaries with no stressful RVUs
  • Clear pathway for physicians to become shareholders

  • Complete professional liability coverage including malpractice insurance provided at no cost, 100% reimbursement for obtaining and maintaining board certification, continuing medical education reimbursement, and in-house CME opportunities
  • A concierge service that works directly with you to apply for all required state, CDS, and DEA licenses

The starting annual salary for this position is $280,000 which considers an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors. In addition to the salary range above, MAPMG offers rich benefits that add substantial value to the total compensation package.
