SUMMARY
The Senior Provider Compensation Analyst is a strategic partner at Rochester Regional Health that is responsible for analyzing and effectively administering provider compensation programs. The role leads the execution of assigned projects that contribute to the strategic growth of the division.

ATTRIBUTES
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field required.
1 year of experience in provider compensation or a related healthcare business field required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Analysis. Serves as a provider compensation subject matter expert to all stakeholders across the health system in Human Resources, shared services, and service line operations. Leads business analysis partnerships with operations, finance, legal, and other HR functional areas to understand business needs and maintain a competitive provider compensation structure. Leads the design and maintenance of spreadsheet cost models to conduct individual, service line, and/or system-wide compensation analysis, and makes formal, accurate, and timely recommendations to provider compensation leadership.
Collaboration and Partnership. Leads partnerships with talent acquisition and service line operations on offer proposals and contract negotiations. Performs as a lead a strategic compensation resource for labor spend and pay practice evaluations related to new acquisitions and reorganizations in collaboration with network development and service line operations partners. Leads assigned project management initiatives with impacted and appropriate stakeholder groups. Contributes and supports leadership in hiring and provider compensation strategic decisions. Engages in peer mentoring support within the provider compensation division.
Data and Reporting. Leads compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information relative to internal compensation pay practices. Leads responsibility for maintaining and updating provider compensation databases. Leads administration of contract changes and performs audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Responsible for maintaining job leveling and benchmarking of new and existing jobs in adherence with wage compliance guidelines.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $75,000.00 - $100,000.00
The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
