Job Description:

• Participate in technical design discussions and planning meetings
• Provide weekly Project status updates to the manager and the Product Team
• Designing, Documenting, developing, and implementing testing scripts that meet user requirements and performance standards
• Support a high-performance Transport, Infrastructure, and Engineering Solutions team in its efforts to design and develop tools
• Maintain database related information and programs in a thorough and efficient manner
• Maintain Product roadmap quarterly



Skills:

• Advanced reporting skills and familiarity with Looker Studio and BigQuery tools. Proficiency in SQL is essential.
• A basic understanding of relational databases including Mongo, and Oracle
• Candidates should have an understanding of network inventory tools and their structure.
• Extensive experience in designing test cases/scripts from design documents
• A basic understanding of telecommunications and network infrastructure topology would be a plus understanding of the OSI model.
• Demonstrates excellent analytic, and interpersonal communication skills
• Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Demonstrates the ability to work independently and within a team environment with changing priorities and time constraints
• Effective Problem-solving skills
• Quick learner with a go-getter attitude and a Team player



Must Have Experience- Tools:

• Microsoft Office suite
• Google Suite
• Excellent Google sheet and Excel capabilities
• JIRA
• Looker Studio



EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field or equivalent years of work experience


Experience
Minimum 8 - 10 years of related work experience
