Johnsonville products are enjoyed in 45 countries and served in 130 sports stadiums throughout the U.S. Johnsonville, LLC Senior Global Compliance Director Position Overview: The Senior Global Compliance Director will support Johnsonville's internal legal team with managing risk and compliance globally. We believe a successful Senior Global Compliance Director will possess gravitas, and sound business judgment honed from having served as an active member of leadership teams or as key compliance lead on large, meaningful projects. This person would have substantial experience collaborating with stakeholders and a long track record of setting up and maintaining agile teams comprising of trusted business partners. In each case, the Senior Global Compliance Director must relentlessly drive our business needs and seek to create a competitive advantage, usually in ambiguous circumstances. The successful candidate will also possess a keen business mind and curiosity for Johnsonville's business drivers as well as a love for elevating compliance skills throughout the organization. Responsibilities:
Lead overall company compliance with a deep understanding of business drivers across all operations and business units
Interpret and administer policies and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable domestic and international laws, regulations and standards including those impacting human resources, procurement, operations, data privacy, marketing, customers, imports/exports, contracting or employee travel and work
Enable standardization and harmonization across growing and complex operating geographies and business units
Manage and Lead Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Crisis Management (CMT) along with the Chief Legal Officer
Monitor the global regulatory environment and develops a strategy for responding to new or amended litigation
Conduct compliance tests or audits as needed and report findings to the executive team
Investigate allegations of illegal, improper or unethical conduct employees or company representatives
Develop and deliver compliance related training sessions to the organization
Education:
Bachelors Degree, required
Experience:
10 years of experience in Legal, Compliance and/or Risk Management, required
Food Manufacturing Industry experience, preferred
