The Director of Cloud and AI Programs will serve as a national specialist and sales opportunity support resource for Intelisys Sales Partners, focusing exclusively on Cloud, AI, and Microsoft technologies. The specialist will play a key role in creating educational content and ensuring that supplier-provided materials align with Intelisys' strategic messaging at events. This role will also support new revenue opportunities, particularly in large enterprise deals, providing technical expertise, and driving the successful adoption and growth of cloud-based solutions amongst the Intelisys agent community
Reporting to the VP of Advanced Technologies, this position will help expand Intelisys' Cloud/AI brand and presence within the agent community.
Essential Job Duties:
Develop and deliver educational curricula and content for Intelisys events, including in-person/live sessions, ensuring the materials are current, relevant, and engaging.
Facilitate and participate in Cloud, AI, and Microsoft-themed sessions at Intelisys in-person/live events/remote webinars, driving partner engagement and knowledge transfer.
Collaborate with cloud and AI technology vendors to understand their value propositions and ensure that all supplier content aligns with Intelisys' messaging and standards for events and training.
Research and provide feedback to senior leadership regarding gaps or opportunities within the cloud technology portfolio, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Engage in supplier and Intelisys calls, meetings, business reviews, and events, representing the cloud technology offerings and supporting partner engagement activities.
Achieve monthly revenue targets and sales quotas by driving new business opportunities and supporting existing ones through Sales Partners, ensuring they are fully integrated and capable of driving cloud-related sales.
Provide direct sales support for large enterprise deals, working closely with Sales Partners and target customers to define opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
Support the VP of Advanced Technologies and other senior leadership with additional tasks as needed.
Reporting Relationships:
Direct supervision given from VP of Advanced Technologies
Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience in business administration, marketing, finance, or related field
Deep technical experience and knowledge of Cloud, AI, and Microsoft solutions and trends
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and editorial abilities
Experience with indirect channel sales organizations
Self-motivated with ability to prioritize and execute
Preferred:
Master's degree
Microsoft, AWS, and/or Google and other Cloud related certifications
Ability to work within a cooperative team environment, as well as perform assignments autonomously
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit or stand at a computer terminal for long periods of time.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and in-person events
Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
Compensation:
Base Range : $$122,500-$147,000 and total compensation range $175,000-$210,000
Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
For non-sales roles and sales roles with a variable component, total compensation reflects both a base salary and variable targets.
