About the Opportunity

The System Innovation Office has an immediate opening for a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant that will provide support to our Chief Innovation Officer. This high visibility opportunity provides exposure to working on larger System-level interactions and will have a broad view of multiple priority items to help support the greater strategic plan for System IT.

This key team member will display an impeccable attention to detail and help to prioritize work on multiple assignments in a dynamic, fast paced environment. This individual will need to work through ambiguity, adapt quickly and display a strong growth mindset.

What You Will Do:


  • Provide high level support to the executive team; including managing calendars, coordinating meetings and prioritizing requests to help optimize productivity in a frictionless manner.

  • Interact with senior leaders and their teams both internal to the Federal Reserve and also strategic external partners.

  • Accurately and efficiently travel, both domestic and international.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to anticipate high-level customer needs and priorities.

  • Recommend and implement process improvement and sustainable solutions.

Qualifications:


  • 8+ years working in a fast-paced environment supporting an executive or multiple executives.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft suite and demonstrate a high level of digital dexterity

  • Proven experience and ability to intake a diversity, complexity, and velocity of information and to analyze/synthesize into relevant and timely outcomes.

  • The national hiring range for the Senior Executive Administrative Assistant is $64,500-$88,600 annually. For candidates outside of Richmond, VA, the listed hiring range may be adjusted based on your geographic location.


  • Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications/experience.
