We are looking for an experienced Computer Logistics Assistant to receive and deploy a high volume of equipment shipments after verifying the equipment is in good, working condition. The Computer Logistics Assistant is responsible for unboxing, packing and ensuring that assets are properly recorded in a designated tracking system, packed correctly for shipping or storage, prepare outgoing shipments, and check that orders are accurate, contain all required components to the correct specifications, and are free from damage.

Responsibilities
Receive, unbox, pack and ship high volume of both inbound and outbound shipments daily
Track and log all inventory, ensuring there are no discrepancies or losses
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair computer hardware
Apply the appropriate computer image based on the recipients’ role
Respond to assigned requests/tickets within established guidelines
Accept deliveries of products and store accordingly
Properly pack/unpack items in a methodical way
Inspect all orders being received and shipped, checking for damage, defective parts, and missing items
Properly clean and sanitize returned equipment
Report and return any damaged products
Timely notify management of any issues with shipping or receiving
Record all items with the appropriate status in the designated tracking system
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED or equivalent required
Prior experience and working knowledge of testing, diagnosing, and updating computer equipment
Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or handling inventory packing/shipping/stocking required
Understanding of standard computer hardware (i.e. monitor, keyboard, computer, video cables, network cables, etc.)
Proficient personal computer skills including Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently, follow established procedures, adhere to deadlines, and respond to rapidly changing priorities in a multi-tasked environment
Ability to work in a team fostered environment
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This is an onsite position (not remote)
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50-75 pounds with or without accommodation
Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to full 8 - 10 hour shift)
