*This is a hybrid role with three weeks per month onsite (Mon – Thurs). The fourth week is fully remote.

As a Senior Manager of Digital Merchandising, you will lead the strategy and execution of the online customer experience, driving innovation across visual merchandising, content strategy, site functionality, and campaign planning. This hands-on role ensures alignment with seasonal merchandise strategies while focusing on delivering a seamless shopping experiences that exceeds sales and profit goals. Your expertise will shape the eCommerce business, maximizing impact and driving growth through data-driven decision-making and customer-first thinking.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Elevate the Site Experience: Develop and execute a comprehensive site strategy to deliver a seamless and engaging customer journey. Manage visual merchandising, navigation, search, and product onboarding.


  • Drive Storytelling: Craft compelling site narratives aligned with trends and seasonal strategies, leveraging taxonomy, creative content, and search functionality to enhance engagement.


  • Optimize Site Performance: Analyze site metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities, implement improvements, and monitor success. Develop dashboards and provide actionable insights for stakeholders.


  • Foster Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (creative, merchandising, marketing) to align processes and ensure smooth execution of category and site strategies.


  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Establish efficient workflows, optimize processes, and mentor team members for professional growth and performance.


  • Lead Projects: Oversee initiatives that enhance customer experience, promotional plans, and vendor relationships, driving enterprise-wide improvements.


  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Monitor industry innovations and implement data-driven, cutting-edge solutions to optimize the site and boost conversion.


Requirements:



  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Merchandising, Buying, or eCommerce.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • Proven success managing large-scale eCommerce businesses and implementing effective merchandising strategies.

  • Experience leading and managing teams.

  • Availability outside business hours for QA or critical site updates/changes.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and performance optimization; proficiency in Adobe Analytics, with attention to data integrity and accuracy.

  • Ability to analyze and synthesize information, draw conclusions, and recommend actions.

  • Acute sense of brand with strong fashion sense and the ability to curate assortments and create a cohesive fashion viewpoint independently.

  • Deep understanding and passion for digital best practices and innovative customer experiences

  • Proven ability to build cooperative working relationships and foster collaboration.

  • Achievement-oriented with demonstrated leadership potential.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
