Overview

The Patient Marketing Manager will drive the execution of Nevro's patient marketing strategies across social digital, print and in-practice channels. In this role, they will help drive awareness and increase engagement from both patients, field sales reps and health care providers. They will work closely across a small team to develop a messaging and content strategy and own all aspects of production. Responsibilities include building out editorial calendars, developing campaign briefs, creating measurement frameworks, and of course, authoring content yourself. The ideal candidate can develop and create content people want to consume and measure their efforts. This position will report into the Associate Director, Patient Marketing and Digital Growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop high impact content for both Patient and HCPs across the globe
  • Develop a deep understanding of our patient needs and develop content and flows that helps move patients through the funnel
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and other specialists to successfully deliver your campaigns
  • Effectively manage marketing projects and timelines
  • Measure, track, and optimize performance so that we consistently achieve and exceed key growth KPIs
  • Partner with marketing stakeholders to ensure content and storytelling aligns with key messages and delivers a unified brand voice
  • Partner with Patient Experience to streamline DTC lead efforts to ensure maximum patient pull through.
  • Own community management on Nevro's social media channels. With the support of either an agency or a contractor, ensure all comments receive prompt responses, monitor for issues and escalate quickly, and actively engage the community by liking and/or commenting on relevant posts where Nevro brands are mentioned
  • Maintain and update Nevro’s physician finder database and coach tool
  • Create and maintain Nevro's marketing cloud email and sms nurturing journeys
  • Research and identify potential influencers, ambassadors, and KOLs for marketing and content partnerships. Manage communication around post timing and content delivery
  • Be an expert, staying up to date on digital trends and tools, and providing recommendations on executions for marketing campaigns
  • Educate other functions and teammates in the organization on digital marketing tactics
  • Other duties as assigned


Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, and/or related field required. Equivalent years of experience may be substituted for the education requirement.

• 3+ years of relevant experience in project management and marketing

  • You're highly collaborative with a deep sense of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to speak up when important information or questions must be raised and takes action when issues must be addressed
