Were seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sr.Partner Marketing Manager to join our Product + Portfolio Marketing team to lead partner marketing efforts with our G/SI and reseller partners, to ultimately drive pipeline growth and market expansion. In this role, youll own both scale and bespoke marketing efforts involving G/SI and reseller partners, from development to execution. Youll work cross-functionally with teams like alliances, content, product marketing, and demand generation to deliver effective marketing materials for managed and long-tail partners alike. This role is critical in developing and executing integrated marketing plans that align with our overall business objectives and accelerate partner success.
This is a full-time position based out of our Denver, CO office in the US.
What Youll Do
Develop and execute comprehensive channel partner marketing strategies for channel partners.
Define bill of materials (BOM) for partners related to Fivetran GTM launches and campaigns and deliver BOM by repurposing foundational materials from PMM, content marketing, and demand generation. These bundles will be leveraged by both managed and non-managed partners, so communicating how and when to use the materials will be equally as important as the assets themselves.
Ensure joint materials for every stage of the funnel are available for partners to leverage in their own efforts with their customers.
Work with the Partner Programs team to upload materials into the Fivetran Partner Portal for partners to leverage.
Collaborate with Fivetran Partner Development Managers and Partner Area Managers (as needed) to bring bespoke partner solutions to market, with Fivetran launches and campaigns in mind.
Evolve channel marketing communications strategy, inclusive of monthly newsletters, and work with the Partner Programs team to ensure alignment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with marketing teams within key partners, understanding how Fivetrans business goals overlap with theirs, and identifying opportunities for collaboration.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with external partners as well internal cross-functional teams (i.e. alliances, product marketing, field marketing, demand generation) to effectively develop and execute joint go-to-market plans.
Track and measure partner marketing performance, providing insights and implementing changes to optimize programs.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and partner landscape to identify new opportunities.
Skills Were Looking For
Partner Marketing Experience: Proven track record of developing and collaboratively executing successful partner marketing programs, preferably with channel partners.
Content Creation Familiarity: Understanding of channel partner marketing needs and the ability to tailor messaging and content accordingly.
Self-Starter: While no longer a startup, Fivetran maintains the startup spirit and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and take initiative and ownership are critical for success.
Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
Strong Prioritization Skills: Ability to balance multiple initiatives and make strategic decisions.
