Position Summary: The role involves supporting McKesson's Medical-Surgical business by managing sales representative relationships. Responsibilities include handling customer service related to sales, promotions, installations, and communication and working with our back office teams . The position requires resolving customer claims, product orders, and complaints efficiently. Additional duties involve assisting in developing initiatives to inform and educate sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage inbound order-taking calls and perform order entry.
Research and process customer credits for returns and damages.
Follow procedures for hazardous materials and compliance guidelines.
Respond to sales inquiries about products, pricing, and back-order reports.
Provide sales documents and samples.
Manage customer and product data and coordinate with cross-functional departments.
Minimum Requirements:
1+ years of McKesson Customer Service Experience.
Critical Skills:
1+ years of phone-based customer support experience.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Additional Knowledge & Skills:
Experience with Customer Service technologies like JD Edwards and Cisco preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Medical and pharmaceutical knowledge is a plus.
Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, and solve problems.
Basic Microsoft Office skills and internet knowledge.
Physical Requirements:
Traditional office work with significant computer use.
Must be authorized to work in the US; no sponsorship available.
