Job Summary
We are excited to welcome into our Auditorium family a dynamic team member who can uphold our reputation of providing expert and professional service to our clients and guests.
Department-Specific Responsibilities
Serves as lead coordinator for approximately 100 events occurring in the Auditorium Lobby, Presidents Hall and its ancillary offsite venues.
Provides client tours.
Serves as client/staff liaison.
Prepares license agreements, estimates, and billings.
Creates and distributes event planning documents and layouts.
Oversees successful implementation and evaluation of event plans.
Assists the Assistant Director for Events with the preparation of event planning documents, layouts, estimates, and billings for other events occurring at the Auditorium and its ancillary offsite venues.

EDUCATION
Required
Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Business, Hospitality/Events/Tourism Management, or a related field
WORK EXPERIENCE
Required
2 years of experience in guest and client service

Working Conditions / Demands
This role requires the ability to effectively communicate and to operate a computer and other standard office productivity equipment. The position involves sedentary work as well as periods of time moving around an office environment and the campus. The role requires the ability to detect items in close proximity as well as far away. This position requires the ability to move quickly up to 5 miles during the course of a normal shift through crowds, travel to different floors of the building, and in all weather conditions. The person in this role must be able to perform the essential functions with or without accommodation.
