Volt is immediately hiring a Field Service Technician for a local oil & gas company.
Job Summary:
The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation of tank monitors and related data entry for maintenance purposes.
Essential Job Duties:
Install tank monitors.
Navigate using addresses, GPS coordinates, and other directional information.
Utilize computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Required Skills:
Mechanical aptitude.
Positive, can-do attitude.
Active learner.
Punctual with good attendance.
Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills.
Clean driving record with a valid Class C driver's license.
Strong computer skills and technological aptitude.
Essential Physical Functions and Restrictions:
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work at heights up to 25 ft.
Prolonged periods of walking and standing.
Some kneeling, twisting, climbing, and bending required.
This is a Direct Hire Contract Role Lasting 1 year Full-Time (8am - 5pm, 1/2 hr. lunch, Monday - Friday) Pay Rate: $21-27/Hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
