As a specialist in developing and manufacturing production equipment for battery cells, we offer you a workplace in battery solutions, with ample creative freedom - where you can make your personal mark.
Serve customers by selling standard and customized Schuler equipment under its Battery Division, including mass production battery cell assembly (such as notching, punching, winding, stacking, filling, etc.) equipment and battery cell formation, degassing and aging equipment. Solutions can range from single machines to complete turn-key systems.
Services existing accounts, obtains requests for quotations and orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential others in the industry.
Support customers by investigating problems, developing solutions, and preparing reports.
Maintains and develops business contacts and relationships in support of all Schuler Battery products.
Acts as company representative at trade association meetings and shows.
Participates and/or leads technology and product presentations.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Availability to travel, including internationally
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical or Industrial engineering.
5-7 years of professional experience in production equipment for battery manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of the battery cell market, including companies, products, technologies, applications and capabilities.
Customer Management
Project Management Experience is a plus.
Independent working style
Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, prospecting, presentation, and negotiations skills.
Valid driver's license.
Able to read and understand technical drawings.
Customer oriented.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Excel, MS Teams, Outlook and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
