Introduction to Role:



We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to lead our Evinova Platform Identity, Access Management (IAM) and cross-product 'Front Door' Navigation.


The Evinova Platform is the glue that centralizes common utilities and enables connected experiences. This role fits within the Platform Applications organization, which focuses on the development of front-end capabilities that all Evinova products will benefit from. The Navigation scope for this role includes guiding users from one product to another within Evinova's 'Front Door'. The IAM scope is inclusive of both the log-in experience for users, as well as the need for administrating tooling to manage roles and permissions. Collaborating cross-functionally with design, engineer, and product teams is critical to success in this role. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product management, platform development, central login, role management, and navigation across multiple products. This role demands a strategic problem solver who is comfortable with technical details and has a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact technology SaaS products.



Accountabilities:




  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:

    • Collaborate with the Platform Apps Director, and cross-functional peers, to continuously refine and evolve the vision & strategy for all platform applications.

    • Define and maintain the product plan and value-driven roadmap.




  • Product Requirements, User Experience & Adoption:

    • Conduct user research to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.

    • Work with designers to create a user-centric interface that enhances products exploration, visualization, and navigation.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define access management requirements.

    • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and implement product and user testing.

    • Develop clear user documentation and training materials to promote user adoption and proficiency.

    • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure seamless integration of data from various products, delivering a smooth user experience.




  • Metrics & Measurement:

    • Establish key performance indicatorsto measure the product's success.

    • Analyze usage data, performance metrics, and user feedback to continuously enhance the tool and ensure it adapts to evolving needs.




  • Communication & Collaboration:

    • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for the products.

    • Work closely with these teams to develop detailed requirements and user stories, then prioritize in appropriate ceremonies.

    • Effectively communicate with collaborators at all levels, translating complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations.






Essential Skills/Experience:



  • Degree in a relevant field.

  • Proven track record in development of cross-product platform applications/features/products.

  • Experience with platform central log-in, Identification and Access Management (IAM), and administrative role management tools.

  • Ability to clearly articulate measurable product value and develop frameworks for roadmap prioritization.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence collaborators across diverse teams.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and a data-driven approach to product. management; comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and creating structure.

  • Experience working in regulated environments, with Regula solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.




Desirable Skills/Experience:



  • 5 years of experience in a related field

Total Rewards:



The annual base pay for this position ranges from $
117,568.80
to $
176,353.20
. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles). Benefits offered included a qualified retirement program [401(k) plan]; paid vacation and holidays; paid leaves; and, health benefits including medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage in accordance with the terms and conditions of the applicable plans. Additional details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
