Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Analyst in Westlake, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst will partner with the Scrum Leader/Squad Leader to understand the goals and the work for each sprint


• Define and analyze complex client requirement changes for Annual Enrollment and Ongoing Projects


• Perform complex data analysis and reporting for effective client decisions


• Proactively Identify problems with business requirements and recommend modifications to the functional solution which may impact the system design


• Assist with defining test scenarios for Systems Acceptance Testing and support Business Acceptance testing activities


• As a Business Analyst, you will perform root cause analysis when issues arise before and after code migrations


• Assist with training, mentoring, and coaching new associates


• Committed to Agile values, pillars, and priorities to fortify your Agile squad

REQUIREMENTS:

• BS or BA required


• 5-7 years of Business Analysis experience required


• 5-7 years of experience in Health & Welfare benefits outsourcing with exposure to flexible benefits, benefits outsourcing record keeping system configuration and implementation


• At least 5 years of direct experience with Health & Welfare Annual Enrollment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
