Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Los Angeles, CA that is seeking a Fixed Assets Analyst. This person needs heavy experience in fixed assets, as this will be their main focus.

Summary:
The Fixed Assets Analyst will be responsible for posting journal entries that are complete, accurate, and in accordance with US GAAP, and will perform ad hoc analysis of financial results as required by accounting management or other key stakeholders. They will also support month end close, and be responsible for General Ledger Accounting.

This person will need to look beyond the experience and figure out if they are a good fit for the CG profile. They need to be confident and handle themselves in meetings with other associates and leaders - need to fit into the CG culture. They need to be sharp, quick learners, and not afraid to ask questions. Essentially, we need a go getter. We are looking for candidates to work onsite for at least one month - then remote options will be considered.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience with month-end close - focused on fixed assets


• SAP experience ideally - or Oracle


• Recent closing experience


• Worked in a large enterprise environment


• Good communication skills, confident, quick learner


• Technically savvy

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
