Salary: $30.00 - $36.00/Hourly. The final pay for this position will vary based on geographic location and candidate experience relative to what the company reasonably anticipates for this position.
Position Summary:
This position is located in the Mansfield, TX area. The CNC Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintenance of the equipment used in CNC Production. The job is to fully support production and keep equipment running and in a good state of repair. Responsible for managing the Preventive Maintenance Program and keeping the system in full compliance. This is a key position in ensuring maximum uptime and productivity of the equipment.
Essential Functions and Duties:
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Keep all production equipment running at a high efficiency rate and at maximum productivity
Establish and perform preventive maintenance program for production equipment that is compliant to the quality system
Work independently and with minimal supervision
Maintain and calibrate equipment as needed
Assist in IQ, OQ, and machine qualifications as needed
Maintain spare part inventories to ensure high service level
Perform additional duties / tasks as required by management
Follows safety rules and maintains personal safety and the safety of others
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Record and report information accurately as required
Perform job duties in compliance with work instructions
Adhere to all company policies, work rules and the Straumann Code of Conduct
Non-essential Functions and Duties:
Other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
5+ years maintenance experience in a high-tech environment
5+ years CNC troubleshooting and repair
5+ years general machine troubleshooting, repair, and electrical repair
3+ years of experience in facility and building operations and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
CAD experience
Basic knowledge of ISO/GMP regulations and work environment or other regulated industry
General communication and organization skills
General knowledge of the tools, methods, and practices used in electrical/mechanical repair and building operations
Machining experience
Dental laboratory operations or similar experience
