Job Description:

Location: Newark, DE Hybrid - on site 2 days/week


Duration: 1+ year long contract


We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies (Scrum Master) and Salesforce CRM to lead and manage cross-functional teams in delivering IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and overseeing the implementation and optimization of Salesforce CRM solutions. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of projects, managing scope, resources, and risks while promoting a collaborative team environment.


Required:

• IT Project Management Experience


• Strong Agile experience - must have Scrum Master experience


• Must have strong experience with Salesforce CRM projects
