The Division of Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine is recruiting a full-time faculty member with expertise in acute lung disease. Duties include, but are not limited to, providing care for patients with advanced lung disease including Interstitial Lung Diseases in the outpatient and inpatient settings. Candidate responsible for Medical Education of students, residents, and fellows. Additionally, the position will include opportunities to conduct clinical research.
Applicants must hold an MD or DO and be BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Diseases and Critical Care Medicine. Candidate will have completed fellowship training in pulmonary diseases and critical care medicine.
Previous training and experience in managing patients with Interstitial Lung Diseases and interest and skills in resident and fellow teaching in the clinic and on inpatient wards are preferred. Demonstrated experience working effectively with a team of specialist physicians, pharmacists, nurses, radiologists, and pathologists to provide state-of-the-art multidisciplinary care also preferred.
