Research Assistant in the Multiple Myeloma Research Laboratory performs independent standard cell biology laboratory techniques including mammalian cell culture, DNA, RNA and protein extraction, etc
Duties Include:
Prepares solutions and reagents
Executes designated experiments
Translates and interprets data to communicate experimental results to Principal Investigator
Assists in judging the validity of data
Maintains accurate and detailed notes
Writes research progress reports
Maintains quality lab environment including cleanup and organization
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
2-3 years of relevant experience strongly preferred.
