Job Title:Project Management ConsultantDepartment:Health Sciences | Government Resource Center

The Project Management Consultant will lead and manage various strategic planning, accessibility, and business operations initiatives for the Ohio Colleges of Medicine Government Resource Center (GRC) as a member of the GRC leadership team. Primary position responsibilities include: providing programmatic support to the senior staff, leadership team, and GRC's administrative team, including communications, accessibility, finance, HR, and IT; work directly with GRC's accessibility consultant to ensure all GRC products are digitally accessible; support various GRC business operations and strategic planning initiatives, including support for the Data Governance Committee, collaboration with the Finance Team on training and resources, and support for new staff onboarding. Additional position responsibilities may include building and managing relationships with project sponsors and external partners; serving as Project Management Consultant on health policy evaluation and/or QI projects; project development, including grant and proposal writing; project-related research and technical assistance; and regularly reviewing and approving the work product of team members




Minimum Education Required:


Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required.




Additional Desired Education:


Master's degree in a relevant field is desired.




Required Qualifications:


A minimum of six years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or four years of relevant experience with an advanced degree is required. Prior experience in healthcare policy and/or program design is required. Expert level knowledge of Microsoft Office, meeting facilitation software (e.g., Teams/Zoom) and other project management tools is required. Requires successful completion of a background check.
