This position plays a role in supporting the operations of our residential programs. Our service area covers the Springfield, Chicopee, Holyoke, Northampton, & Amherst regions. This role requires flexibility and the ability to travel. Responsibilities include:
Provide crisis intervention and emergency services as needed, including serving as a member of the program on-call team.
Oversee the implementation of treatment plans, health & safety plans, and all aspects of medication treatment and administration.
Assist in monitoring the overall health and well-being of individuals and support their independence by empowering them in their decision making.
Ensuring that they are engaged in goal development and accomplishment.
Help individuals foster relationships and participate in the community.
Engaging in hiring and training staff to provide direct support in BHN programs and homes.
Overseeing the maintenance of the program and facility and manages relations with stakeholders in the program.
Supervising the upkeep of the programs' regulations, policies and procedures, budget, and contractual obligations.
Enhancing the quality of individuals served by ensuring their health and safety and helping them to enjoy their leisure time at home and in the community.
Required to assist in maintaining staff ratio per regulatory requirements.

Each person we serve is part of a team that includes family, BHN staff, and other providers who work together to assess the individual's needs and goals and then create and maintain a plan reflecting strengths, capabilities, and desires.

Qualifications/Requirements
What are we looking for in a Residential Supervisor?
High School Diploma/GED (required).
Associates or bachelor's degree (preferred).
3 years of Direct Care experience (required).
At least 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
Valid driver's license and a reliable car available for work (required).
