As a Designer, you will be responsible for providing high-level design thinking for global sportswear clients. You will lead and contribute to projects with team members to achieve client objectives for immersive in-store experiences. Imperative to this role is the ability to understand a client's needs and translate high-level briefs into conceptual design for cohesive brand experiences.

REQUIREMENTS
Being able to switch between projects across a set of different brands weekly, sometimes daily, as new opportunities arise.
Offering input and participating in brainstorm sessions and client briefs to better understand requirements and concepts.
Presenting ideas, research and trends during creative reviews with both internal teams and external clients.
Working with designers and clients to translate ideas into fresh and engaging design solutions.
Integrating images, text, etc. with a great sense of aesthetics, while executing against the brand/product vision or brief.
Ability to flex in skillset and mindset when needed. Some days will require blue sky concepting and other days will be crafting presentations. We all wear many hats.
Acting as a liaison with the production department to ensure results meet design specifications and the high quality standards that our clients count on.
Supporting all areas of design from initial ideation to completion.
Recommending improvements in creative design concepts, tools, processes and/or assigned tasks to management.
Additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Arts, Environmental Design, Industrial Design, Marketing or related field
3+ years design experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience
The salary range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may change in the future. Pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
Occasional travel either locally, nationally, and/or internationally may be required.
Ability to provide professional portfolio upon request
High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
Proficient with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (including analysis, interpretation, & reasoning)
Solid understanding and application of mathematical concepts
Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organization, as well as, internal and external clients
Ability to work well autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Ability to work with and influence peers and senior management
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting
