Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and testing phases to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
Monitor and analyze system performance, identify and troubleshoot issues, and recommend solutions.
Stay abreast of the latest digital technologies and industry best practices.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (preferred).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
