Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Senior Vice President, Interconnections and Grid Analysis and to the Senior Vice President, Regulatory Affairs. The Administrative Assistant also serves as a liaison to senior management teams and provides overall support to calendar scheduling, expense reports and any other additional administrative activities needed to support the Interconnections and Grid Analysis and Regulatory Affairs teams. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment with strong written/verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events; resolve any scheduling issues.
Arrange travel accommodations for SVPs and prepare expense reports.
Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects, and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
Respond to and create meeting requests by gathering and providing information and referring incoming inquiries to the appropriate staff.
Use discretion, confidentiality, and good judgment to handle confidential business matters.
Coordinate execution of MSA/NDAs with consultants, utilities, RTO/ISOs.
Verify and complete admin tasks for interconnection packages including reviewing site control documents and coordinating with development team for completeness
Routing documents for execution and legal review
Submittal and tracking of purchase orders
Tracking and database management of interconnections documents
Assist SVP of Regulatory Affairs in processing weekly regulatory reports for management
In partnership with FERC lead, update monthly FERC litigation tracking tool
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED.
2+ years of related experience required in working in an administrative support role.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Eligible to work in the United States without the need for employer visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Ability to function well in a high-paced environment; proven ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to interact with people of all levels in a confident, professional manner.
Have team-oriented experience and approach.
Demonstrated ability and temperament to work with sensitive information.
Base Pay
18.51 - 34.58 USD Hourly Bonus: 15%
The base pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target salary for the position. Invenergy considers a number of factors when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education and skills.
