EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGER WANTED
Looking for a manager for our fully outfitted, recently renovated kitchen.
Candidate must be willing to oversee the day-to-day operations of the food service organization
which includes planning menus, ordering food and supplies, food preparation and staff hiring
and management. Quality assurance and facility cleanliness are essential in providing the
highest level of customer service. Duties will include managing the kitchen/restaurant staff,
setting ups scheduled, and evaluating performance of the staff.
Candidate must be willing to collaborate and communicate with the facility owners to ensure our
customers are happy with the food quality and service. Candidate must be willing as assist in
the financial oversight of the restaurant operations. Staff must be willing to provide catering
opportunities for our banquet facilities in this well-established bar/restaurant business.
