AT&T is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Business Development Manager to drive our wireless cellular solutions, with a strong emphasis on 5G and FirstNet technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in business development and strategic partnerships.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify, cultivate, and secure new business opportunities within the wireless cellular solutions market, focusing on 5G and FirstNet.
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
Solution Design: Collaborate with technical teams to design and propose innovative 5G and FirstNet solutions that meet client demands and industry standards.
Partnerships and Alliances: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with vendors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to enhance the company's offerings.
Reporting and Metrics: Track and report on key performance indicators, providing regular updates to senior management on progress and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development within the telecommunications industry, with a focus on wireless solutions, 5G, and FirstNet.
Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of 5G technology, FirstNet, and wireless communication systems.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Networking: Extensive network of industry contacts and the ability to leverage relationships to drive business growth
Our Lead Market Developer's earn between $128,400 - $231,100. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
