Walmart Connect is seeking an experienced product manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of the specific CRM and Internal products as part of our organization's strategy. You will own your product end to end, collaborating closely with various partners across the organization, including engineering and stakeholders. You will work with and influence cross functional leaders and teams from sales, marketing, client services, strategy and ops, to help drive the organization forward in scaling and driving growth while also unlocking efficiencies.

Location: San Bruno, CA or Hoboken, NJ. This position will be in primary office. Relocation assistance will be offered if needed. Domestic and International travel is expected.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and scale a multiyear vision and enterprise product roadmap that drives growth, drive retention and expansion internal productivity and efficiencies.
Product suite will cover Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and integration to native internal apps and 3rd party apps and productivity tools.
With a future thinking mindset, build a healthy portfolio that enables sales, marketing, operations, and other business teams.
Embedd AI/GenAI for text analytics, insights, recommendations etc. as core parts of products.
Drive build vs. buy decisions and spearhead product partnerships, vendor engagement and budget management to drive strategy and deliver capabilities in an optimized manner.
Partner with compliance, legal, SOX and audit teams to ensure compliance controls for critical business operations
Assess current market trends, stakeholder expectations and competitive landscape to develop products that help establish WMC a leading ad platform of choice.
Partner with a team of world-class engineers and a high performing product and growth marketing teams to bring your product vision and strategy to life.
Partner with internal teams to drive workflow efficiencies and improve productivity and scale for the business.
Qualifications
Demonstrated success in building a new product portfolio supporting the end to end business cycle across marketing, sales & service cloud.
Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate and influence and align across a diverse enterprise with varying levels of understanding.
Background in mar tech, ad tech and media preferred.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly independent environment and juggle multiple ongoing projects, responsibilities, and relationships.
Bring a sense of "fun" that inspires others and creates a healthy team environment.
7-10 years of experience in product management. Most recent 5+ years directly managing a team in a complex business.

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279:The annual salary range for this position is $132,000.00-$264,000.00 San Bruno, California US-08848:The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00
