Purpose
Greet clients, vendors and visitors at establishment, determines nature of business and directs clients to destination. Answer incoming calls and directs them to their appropriate destination.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and control the flow of clients within the office.
Answer a multi-lined telephone, evaluates inquiries and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member.
Maintain a daily client log of all clients and the department through which they are to be assisted.
Distribute messages, mail, faxes, and other communication to appropriate personnel.
In charge of mail routing from reception to distribution. Also responsible for stamping office correspondence and delivering to the mail station.
Responsible for accepting and signing for packages delivered to the office and routing to the appropriate department.
Maintain adequate inventory and updates of office postage machine.
Perform other duties as requested by the CWS/IRP South Florida Director and/or the Associate Director or their designee.
Qualifications
Education: Associate Degree in related field, or two to four years of related experience in customer service.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years work experience. Strong verbal and phone etiquette. Fluent in Spanish.
Other Skills:
Computer literacy, using word processing and database applications.
