As a Senior Engineer on the Inspired Discovery team, you will deliver digital customer experiences across Best Buy that boost excitement for new and noteworthy products and drive stickier, long-lasting engagement. We believe that discovery can happen at any point in the customer journey, whether it's during an unplanned moment, in the afterglow of a recent purchase, or when a customer is ready to upgrade their tech. We lean into emerging tech (e.g. generative AI), exclusive content, and personalization to amplify the most important and relevant stories in consumer technology.
This role is hybrid, which means you will work some days on site at a Best Buy location and some days virtually from home or other non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process. For this role, you must be located within a drivable distance to our office in Richfield, Minnesota, or Atlanta, Georgia.

example with a quality mindset.
