We are currently looking for our: Media & Experiential Accounting Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our finance team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role is perfect for someone with a few years of experience in finance and accounting who is looking to expand their skills in both accounts coordination and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Financial & Accounting Analysis
  
  
  • Support monthly, quarterly, year-end closing processes and reporting.
  
  
  • Assist with high-level administrative tasks and ad hoc financial projects as needed.
  
  
  • Support with accounting and financial analysis as needed.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Accounts Payable
  
  
  • Submit Purchase Requisition and share Order numbers to vendors
  
  
  • Fill in/submit form for new vendors record for billing.
  
  
  • Track and solved vendors invoices issues requests (goods not delivered, wrong amount charges, refund pursuit).
  
  
  • Reconcile accounts payable transactions with the help of AP team
  
  
  
  


• 
  Accounts Receivable
  
  
  • Process incoming payments and apply them to customer accounts.
  
  
  • Issue agency invoices and reconcile billing discrepancies.
  
  
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collection.
  
  
  • Update & Organize bi-weekly AR status meetings to share updates and discuss challenges.
  
  
  • Closely work with dealmakers in AR communication and process.
  
  
  
  


• 
  Salesforce
  
  
  • Maintain and amend dealmaking opportunities in Salesforce.
  
  
  • Oversee the review and approval of dealmaking opportunities and agreements during the negotiation/closing stages of the sales pipeline.
  
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.


• 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounts payable, and accounts receivable roles are a plus


• Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Adobe Acrobat.


• Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.


• Ability to be proactive with strong attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.


• Experience with Salesforce, P2P software (i.e. Baseware) is a plus.

Compensation

• $78,000 – $85,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus
