ROLE DESCRIPTION

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Review and understand the scope of work and communicate to other team members and stakeholders. Has the bottom line project responsibility; financial, quality, schedule, safety and client relationships.Negotiate and account for all contract changes, such as extra work, change order requests, scope disputes, including budget revisions, resultant subcontract changes, etc. Create and maintain project budget . Work with Superintendent to author and maintain appropriate schedule, including weekly short term schedules.Manage project team through buyout of materials, subcontractors, equipment, and other resources as required. Prepare or supervise preparation of Purchase Orders and SubcontractsEstablish and maintain a document control system for use of all project stakeholders (e.g. field, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, end users, etc.)Conduct weekly and monthly meetings as required including weekly Owner Meeting, Subcontractor Meeting, Buyout Meeting, monthly Job Update Meeting.Identify, manage and track project Prepare monthly Cost at Completion report as well as other project specific reports. Work with all project stakeholders, Owner Groups, Agencies, Subcontractors, Other Prime Contractors as necessary.Establish and administer special case processes in order to properly manage project outcomes.

Qualifications, Education & Skills
Bachelors Degree in Project Management preferredMinimum of 4 years' experience both Field and Office
Strong leadership and relationship management skills
Computer, Excel , Word skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills
