HVAC Controls Technician at L B & B ASSOCIATES INC in Charlotte, North Carolina

Job Description:

LB&B Associates Inc., a diversified services company, is currently seeking an HVAC Controls Technician for its contract to provide mechanical maintenance services at the Mecklenburg County Courts in Charlotte, NC.
The HVAC Controls Technician shall have a minimum of (5) years of experience and be knowledgeable of theory related to (BAS) Building Automation Systems, electrical and pneumatic instrumentation/controls and methods for testing, troubleshooting and calibrating such devices and systems.

The HVAC Controls Technician will be responsible for operating the system, providing technical support to personnel, and troubleshooting/repair of system problems.
The HVAC Controls Technician shall on a quarterly basis exercise all control points in the system to demonstrate that the software, hardware, and controlled devices are operating as designed.
The HVAC Controls Technician shall submit a quarterly report identifying all necessary corrective actions, a plan for correction, and a schedule for correction.
The HVAC Controls Technician shall be factory certified and trained for programming, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of the hardware specific to this installation and possess a minimum of five years of experience with this equipment.

Education: High School Diploma/G.E.D. required.
